From knuckle machining to brake caliper machining and from cast iron to aluminum our chassis tooling is top notch. This type of machining requires specific geometries and special coatings to handle the tougher materials to be machined. Whether the metals be gray cast iron, ductile iron, malleable cast iron or even compacted graphite iron, if you dare. Most of our experience does pertain to ductile and the gray iron varieties, but with the correct coolants and coatings we would be happy to work through any project with you.
